The parent manual is extremely well done. It is very thorough and comprehensive and I learned a lot! The program is excellent and worth checking out for first time parents or, like me, a parent of many!
This is a long-awaited and much-needed resource! Families looking for a practical way to discuss morality and behaviour in the context of Judeo-Christian values need look no further. If you, like me, are ready to celebrate reasoned moral clarity and personal responsibility through positive parenting, rooted in the wisdom of love languages, then this is your perfect guide.
I really enjoy the content from Raising Well-Mannered Children. It is very well-planned and laid out, making it easy for me to follow and apply the tips to my everyday parenting. I'm always wondering if I'm doing a good enough job as a new mom, and having this book to follow has given me the confidence boost that I am doing a good job. You learn a lot and don't feel overwhelmed because they are relatable. I highly recommend this book to any parent who wants the best for their child.
This book can help parents who might be struggling with “where to start” when it comes to teaching their children about the faith. Manners become the starting point for faith formation of children. Parents also won’t have to worry about knowing all the answers as this book has very detailed definitions and examples.
Great read! Even with my two sons being under 3 (2 years, and other is 10 months), the advice provided in the book has been extremely useful and fruitful. A few highlighting parts for me were: the teaching moment phrases used, and explanations when responding to childrens' questions; the responses were very intentional!
